Do I need to report $200 in earnings through personal computer services I provided?

by on April 3, 2011

Question by a link to the previous: Do I require to report in earnings via individual laptop or computer companies I supplied?
I earned $ 200 by way of provision of personal pc services in Michigan. Following business expenses, I only manufactured $ 50. Do I require to even report this? If the price of driving counts, I could say that this side company netted $ .
Also, is there even much liability right here, dealing with these petty stuff?

If you have other cash flow and file a return, then indeed legally you require to report it. If that was your only earnings, then no.

You can deduct the driving expenses and other business expenses, so if it comes out to zero, fine, but technically, you ARE supposed to declare ANY type of income you make during a year’s time.
