1) run regular defragments ( only on HDDs NOT SSDs, this shortens their life span )
2) use ccleaner to clean up unused files on your computer and organise your files so the HDD or SSD runs faster
3) you can change your computer settings in control panel so it optimises performance
4) do all these tips on a weekly basis to make your computer run faster and to prolong it’s life

would u know how much it will b for a 3gb RAM coz i got a crappy 222MB RAM atm and i need to upgrade and do u know were i could get it from. ???

1) it’s important to use a good operating system that uses the hardware in an optimal way. I recommend 7 or XP if you’re an M$ fan (NOT VISTA!), or a good stable Linux distribution. obviously, you don’t have a choice of OS if you’re on a MAC, but OSX is good – just make sure you have the latest version.
2) clean up Internet-trash and old temp files regularly. CCleaner is one of several good program to help you with that.
3) make sure you defragment your hard drive from time to time.
